The holidays are here! California - great place in the winter.

We are finally here - the flight over from Europe went fine with Lufthansa, and it was a good choice to take a direct flight from Frankfurt. It went faster than expected, and when we arrived in Los Angeles, Veronica, Joseph and Otelia were greeting us at the airport  - we got us quickly back to Burbank. It's fun to be back here, and now we can celebrate Otelia's 5 year Birthday, and Haloween, we will travel to San Francisco and have some days with Liecel & Matt and his family. We have visited The school here in Burbank, and there has been many activities in connection with Haloween, the neighbors had a party last night, with the carving of pumpkins. Grandmother baking and make cakes, we'll fix the garden furniture, everything is ok in a summer vacation in the winter! Tomorrow Otelia turns 5, and it is going to be a great day!

This weekend we visited Emil and family in Bodø, a lot of activities...

This weekend we went to visit Emil and his family. We started with a party in kindergarten, (job for Emil), and there was much singing and music, with the kids, and coffee with cakes.  Then Saturday it was the distribution of 4 yrs book in Rønvik Church, where Emil got his book, and while we participated in baptism - Elvira were baptized during family worship. Then after, Emil really wanted to go skiing, and he did, just before the snow disappeared in the rain, in front of the house on green grass and a little snow!

The winter is on the way - we had visitors, Emil and Marielle

Emil and Marielle visited us from Tuesday to Wednesday and then it was some work out with nails and saw. Emil thrive in the environment carpenter, and he is also keen to plant berry bushes along with the grandmother. He even found the "Swedish worms" in the soil. (Also a big fat normal fishingworm). They all got buried again, even if emil should have them with him to Bodø...
